R.D.Travels & Communications was started in January, 1997. The reason for its inception was pure love for travel and sheer joy in helping people find happiness. Fulfillment in seeing people being informed correctly and rightly guided and making smiles.
Activities
We handle all travel related requirements. Business expanded from reservations to Passports, Visas, Hotel Reservations, Eurail, Cruises, Tours and Packages to exotic locales around the world. The new trend has set in, where everything is so automated and people don't need a warm helping hand anymore, or so we think. But sometimes, the services rendered by us can make your holiday better than good. Making it memorable. Because that's what holidays are about. That's what travel is about. Making memories.
Benefits
Online reservations and deals are cheap and convenient. Go ahead and book it, but if you want an expert to deal with it, handle your cancellations or date changes in travel, talk to airline in case of any trouble, then it would be better to let a person with expertise in that field to handle all that. Lets say, you booked these tickets on the internet. You got a great deal and you are thrilled. And you saved a nominal service charge too, which you would have to pay an agent. But, somewhere along the way, something went wrong and your flight is canceled or worse, you get offloaded. While you will try your best to do whatever you can, won’t it be nice to be able to talk to someone who knows exactly what needs to be done, help you overcome the obvious panic you may be in. God forbid this should happen to anyone, but it does.
